5b3a57c3ff setup.py: add basic packaging files 
This is needed to use tox, and tox lets us test multiple Python
versions easily.

3cba0b8613 Add repoc to the .gitignore file 
This is currently the only generated file not present in the .gitignore

Apparently it comes from the usage of the "imp" module in main.py
